Currently, I teach general science and accelerated Earth science at Islip Middle School.  Recently, I was informed that we were going to expand the Earth science program at the middle school and I am going to teach only Earth science.  I designed this website to be a supplement to my course next year, with material that will not only reinforce various concepts, but will intrigue and pique my students' interest in multiple aspects of the Earth sciences.  - Ashley :-D  http://blochscience.yolasite.com.

Hi, my name is Steve Alfano and I teach 10th grade global history at Patchogue-Medford High School.  The website I designed is a huge improvement over the SchoolNotes page that I previously used to communicate homework, tests, and quizzes to parents and students.  I will utilize my site's homepage for general announcements and weekly homework assignments.  I have also created a page specifically for my global history students to have access to content information for the class.  They have the ability to download any of my PowerPoint presentations that I use in class, as well as all of the review sheets for each chapter that is covered throughout the year.  I have also posted project assignment sheets and links to Regents exam questions and strategies that students can use to prepare for the test.  http://mralfano.yolasite.com
